Brigade Acquires 2.25-Acre Secunderabad Land for ₹650 Cr Residential Project

Strategic Land Acquisition Marks Brigade's Continued Expansion in Telangana

Brigade Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 2.25-acre land parcel in Secunderabad, with the project carrying an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹650 crore. The acquisition will be executed via outright purchase and paves the way for a high-quality residential development with premium living space. The agreement was disclosed on 30 January 2026, signalling the developer's confidence in the Hyderabad metropolitan region as a growth corridor.

Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises Ltd., stated that the acquisition is part of the company's focus on identifying and acquiring land in high growth corridors, aligned with strategic growth plans to expand the footprint across Telangana. The land parcel conforms to Brigade's high standards for location potential and development viability.

Brigade's Multi-Year Expansion in Hyderabad

The Secunderabad acquisition follows a broader investment strategy in the Hyderabad market. The acquisition aligns with Brigade Group's strategy to acquire land in promising micro-markets, complementing a December 2025 purchase of 4.04 acres in Neopolis Phase 3, Hyderabad, and other Joint Development Agreements with a sales potential of ₹970 crore. Brigade Group launched residential projects totalling around 3 million square feet with a GDV of nearly ₹3,200 crore in the first half of FY26, with a clear plan for residential launches of almost 7 million square feet in the second half of FY26, with an estimated GDV of ₹8,000 crore to ₹8,300 crore.

In Hyderabad, Brigade has approximately 11.4% market share by GDV, with ₹3,200 crore GDV under construction against the city's total active GDV of ₹28,000 crore. Brigade Enterprises Limited has delivered over 12 million sqft of residential and commercial assets across Hyderabad with five active projects in 2026 spanning Kokapet, Moti Nagar, Mokila and Kompally.
