Brigade Enterprises Limited was founded in 1986 and is based in Bengaluru, India by M.R. Jaishankar, and is today listed on both the BSE and NSE under the ticker BRIGADE. Over four decades the company has grown into a diversified property group whose portfolio has served 40,000+ customers and completed 300+ buildings, totaling 100+ Mn Sq ft of developed space. The group operates from its registered office at the World Trade Center within Brigade Gateway Campus in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, and is led by Chairman M.R. Jaishankar and Managing Director Pavitra Shankar, with operations spanning real estate, leasing and hospitality.

The Brigade approach is built around long-cycle, integrated development rather than one-off projects. Brigade's growth strategy is built around prudent land acquisition, sustainable development and holistic approach to customer relationships, with initiatives like the Brigade Real Estate Accelerator Program (REAP) nurturing innovation and sustainability in PropTech .
