Brigade Acquires 5.72-Acre Strategic Land Parcel in Osman Nagar
Brigade Enterprises secured 5.72 acres in Osman Nagar through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), according to a regulatory filing made by the company on April 28. The company purchased the land at ₹44 crore per acre, for a total of about ₹251.68 crore, excluding registration costs.
Brigade Enterprises Limited said it plans to develop a high-end premium residential project on the site. The project offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartment units.
Location and Market Positioning
Osman Nagar is located close to IT hubs such as HITEC City and Gachibowli. Its strategic location, nestled between the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the burgeoning IT corridors of Gachibowli and the Financial District, has fueled its meteoric rise.
