The development covers 6.5 acres and features three towers, each rising to 43 storeys and connected by a skybridge. The project offers 662 well-designed apartments, configured as spacious 3 BHK and 4 BHK units, with pricing ranging from ₹2.03 crore to ₹8.20 crore depending on configuration and size.

Location and Connectivity

Brigade Altius is located at Plot No. 476/14, Elcot SEZ, Sholinganallur, along the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), Chennai's well-known IT corridor. The locality is home to major IT parks and the ELCOT SEZ, housing offices of companies including Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys.

Sholinganallur has undergone significant transformation in recent years. The area experienced significant transformation with the advent of TIDEL Park in 2000, marking the birth of the IT industry in Chennai. Metro Phase II represents a major future catalyst, with transit-oriented development projects worth ₹436 crore initiated along the IT corridor, with ₹268.8 crore focusing on Sholinganallur and Thoraipakkam stations.

Shopping and entertainment options include Marina Mall (6 km) and Phoenix Marketcity (8 km). Employers at nearby ELCOT IT Park include companies like Wipro, HCL Technologies, Accenture, and Cognizant, contributing to employment for approximately 67,000 individuals.
