Brigade Barcelona is a single-tower luxury project by Brigade Enterprises Limited at Neopolis, Kokapet, in west Hyderabad. The tower comprises 52 floors of 3 and 4 bed homes starting from 2,781 sq.ft.

Design and Architecture

The tower has been designed around the architectural legacy of Ricardo Bofill. Unlike organic city growth, Kokapet Neopolis is being developed with a master plan that prioritises wide roads, underground utilities, stormwater management, and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure.

Neopolis is situated less than 10 minutes from the Financial District and Gachibowli, where several multinational IT companies, corporate offices, and financial institutions are headquartered. With direct access to ORR, commuting from Kokapet Neopolis to the airport, IT parks, and central business areas is significantly faster.

Hyderabad Metro Phase 2A's Corridor V runs 11.6 km from Raidurg through the Financial District and Gachibowli into Neopolis, Kokapet. The Detailed Project Report is submitted, the Centre has given in-principle approval for 50:50 funding, and in June 2026 the Supreme Court dismissed petitions against Phase 2. Construction is slated to begin through 2026, with services targeted around the end of the decade.
