Brigade Launches Brigade Belvedere in East Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises Limited has launched a new residential project, Brigade Belvedere, in East Bengaluru with an estimated revenue potential of over ₹1,100 crore. The project was launched in March 2026, with construction at approximately 1% completion at launch.

Location and Site

Budigere Cross is a locality on Budigere Main Road in East Bengaluru, off the Old Madras Road (NH75). It sits between Whitefield to the south and Devanahalli to the north, making it reasonably well-connected to both the IT corridors and the airport. Property prices in Budigere Cross range between ₹4,500 to ₹7,000 per square foot with some premium properties fetching even higher values.

Project Scale and Phase 1

Brigade Belvedere is a new residential launch by Brigade Group on Budigere Main Road, Budigere Cross, East Bengaluru, offering 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK Smart, 3 BHK Luxe, and 3.5 BHK apartments across 5 G+43 towers on a 10.75-acre campus. The project delivers 1,750 homes ranging from 715 sq. ft. to 2,013 sq. ft., with launch pricing starting at ₹95 Lakhs and going up to ₹2.54 Crores for the 3.5 BHK. Phase 1 covers 2 towers and 773 units, with possession expected by December 2031.

Design and Architecture

Designed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, Barcelona, the project is built around a "bungalow in the sky" concept where no two apartments share a wall. The project's defining idea is the "bungalow in the sky", independent homes with no shared walls and green courtyards at every level. The units are thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, featuring expansive decks that provide a private outdoor retreat for every family.

Connectivity

Travel times from the project area: Kempegowda International Airport roughly 20 minutes, Whitefield around 15–20 minutes, Manyata Tech Park around 25 minutes, Hebbal around 25–30 minutes. The Budigere and OMR micro markets are witnessing unprecedented growth due to improved infrastructure and connectivity.

Amenities and Community

The project includes a 24,000 sq ft clubhouse along with an additional 6,000 sq ft of amenities, designed to support community living and recreation. Its location offers access to corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and retail destinations such as Orion Uptown, enhancing its appeal for urban homebuyers.
