Brigade Enterprises accepted the resignation of Mr. Saroj Kumar Pati as President – Construction due to family obligations, effective July 10, 2026. The company disclosed the event to exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
The resignation was submitted to the Executive Director, Roshin Mathew, and took effect upon approval by the management. In his resignation letter, Mr. Pati expressed gratitude to the board members and colleagues for their guidance and support during his tenure.
Background
Saroj Kumar Pati started his role as the President – Construction at Brigade Group in September 2024, where he led the construction division across key projects and drove strategic growth in the construction vertical.
Pati brought significant infrastructure experience to the role. Prior to joining Brigade Group, Saroj served as Chief Executive Officer at Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited for over 4 years, where he led the company's operations in high-value projects, including residential and commercial infrastructure development. Before his tenure at Capacit'e Infraprojects, Saroj spent 14 years with Dodsal Engg. & Const. Pte Limited, where he served as Vice President, handling major construction projects such as the Jumeirah Park and Discovery Gardens in Dubai, with projects valued at over USD 335 million.
