Brigade Enterprises Makes First Coimbatore Residential Move
Brigade Enterprises has launched its first housing project in Coimbatore through a Joint Development Agreement covering 5.4 acres in Saravanampatti, Tamil Nadu. The project carries a total revenue potential of around ₹600 crore.
The announcement was made on August 31, 2026. Through the JDA structure, Brigade can grow its residential portfolio without purchasing the entire land plot, with profits typically divided between developer and landowner according to their agreement.
Saravanampatti as an IT Corridor Location
The project is strategically positioned within Coimbatore's IT belt with convenient access to major Special Economic Zones (SEZs), IT parks, educational institutions, retail malls and hospitals. Saravanampatti is popularly known as the IT corridor of Coimbatore with the presence of several IT companies, and is adjacent to NH-948 with connectivity via New Keeranatham Road and Thudiyalur-Saravanampatti Road.
Saravanampatti has become a magnet for tech companies and is attracting a young, dynamic workforce, with growing demand for residential spaces making it a hotbed of real estate activity. Coimbatore International Airport is about 10 km from the locale via Villankurichi Road, and the locale is situated 11 km from Coimbatore Junction Railway Station via NH-948.
