Brigade Industrial Park Is Now Named Brigade Global Park in Devanahalli
Published
Brigade Industrial Park, the 25-acre industrial development announced by Brigade Group in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, is now named Brigade Global Park. The location, the scale and the planned use of the development are unchanged; only the name has moved.
The project was first announced in a regulatory filing dated 10 March 2026 and reported the following day. It now appears on the developer's website under the new name, with the same project page serving as the reference point for occupiers and investors following the development.
Project details
Brigade Global Park spreads across 25 acres within the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park (Phase I). The development carries a total potential of about 3 million sq ft, of which around 2 million sq ft is offered as leasable space aimed at high-growth industrial sectors.
The park is built for leasing rather than sale. Occupiers can choose from industrial and warehouse space on flexible terms, including built-to-suit facilities and plug-and-play spaces. The park is planned to accommodate three major sectors:
- Advanced data centres
- IT and IT-enabled services
- Aerospace and defence manufacturing
The developer says the park will prioritise eco-friendly infrastructure and energy-efficient design, with a focus on operational efficiency, security and scalability. Sustainable building practices and modern technologies will be incorporated across the development.
Location and connectivity
The park sits in Devanahalli in North Bengaluru, within Bengaluru Rural district, roughly 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and about 35 km from the city centre. The Aerospace Park belt is served by the six-lane Bellary Road (NH 44), which links Devanahalli with the wider aerospace ecosystem, and by the six-lane widened expressway from Hebbal Flyover to the airport, one of the faster road corridors in the city.
Public transport in the area is set to improve. The Namma Metro Blue Line Phase 2B spur toward Devanahalli includes a Bagalur Cross station that is under construction, and KIAL Terminals is planned as an underground station on the Blue Line. Devanahalli Railway Station, operated by South Western Railway, is also nearby. The 400-acre Devanahalli Business Park, adjoining the airport, adds two IT parks to the local business base, and schools such as Stonehill International, Akash International and Delhi Public School Bangalore North are within reach of the area.
About the developer
Brigade Enterprises Limited, which trades as Brigade Group, is a publicly listed real-estate developer headquartered in Bengaluru. The company was founded in 1986 by M.R. Jaishankar. Brigade Global Park marks the group's entry into industrial real estate, a new step in its growth. Earlier, the company said it planned to begin its warehousing business in Bengaluru with greenfield projects offering Grade A assets.
What the new name means for buyers
The change affects the name alone. The development, its 25-acre site, its planned leasable space and its Devanahalli location remain the same, and so does the project page. Anyone who followed the project as Brigade Industrial Park can find the same details under BRIGADE GLOBAL PARK. The most recent coverage of the project, dated 31 October 2026, continues to describe the development on these terms.
