Brigade Granada is a luxury project by the Brigade Group located on Whitefield–Hoskote Road in East Bangalore, covering 20.19 acres and housing approximately 2,000 apartments. The project is situated in Sannatammanahalli, Bangalore, on the Whitefield Hoskote Road.

Brigade Group, established in 1986 and headquartered in Bangalore, is based in Bangalore and has completed over 275 projects across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and education spaces. The firm's projects extend across major cities in the southern part of the country including Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mysore and Mangalore.

Project Architecture and Configuration

The project comprises 14 high-rise towers with 24 floors each, offering 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK units. Approximately 80% of the land is designated as open space, providing large gardens and fresh air.

The development includes a shopping street and office spaces alongside residential towers, creating an integrated township model rather than a standalone residential complex.

Sannatammanahalli is a sublocality in Battarahalli, Bangalore East.
