Brigade Group Opens Pre-Launch of BRIGADE KOCHI Residences in Kochi
Published
Brigade Group has opened the pre-launch phase of BRIGADE KOCHI, a residential project in Kochi, Kerala. The scheme is being offered as a premium development with apartments, villas and plots, and the pre-launch marks the first stage in which prospective buyers can review the project and register their interest before its formal launch.
The project is being developed by Brigade Group, which has steadily extended its presence in Kerala over the last two years. Pre-launch in Kochi places the scheme among the developer's newer residential offerings in the state, and the project's dedicated page is available at BRIGADE KOCHI for those tracking the development.
Project details for prospective buyers
BRIGADE KOCHI is being planned as a mixed residential development. The product range is expected to include 2 and 3 BHK apartments alongside villa and plot options, giving buyers a choice between vertical living and more independent homes within the same project.
- Product types: apartments, villas and plots
- Apartment configurations: 2 and 3 BHK
- Status: Pre-Launch
- Targeted completion: 2030
- Possession: to be handed over in phases
Pricing is available on request. Buyers interested in unit-level costs, booking terms or payment structures are advised to enquire directly with the developer as the pre-launch progresses.
Brigade Group's growth in Kerala
Brigade Group has expanded its Kerala footprint through 2025 and 2026, with commercial projects in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram forming part of that growth. BRIGADE KOCHI extends that presence into residential development in the city, drawing on the group's experience across Indian metro and mid-sized markets.
What comes next
The pre-launch phase is the first step in the project's rollout. The developer has set a targeted completion of 2030, with possession planned in phases rather than as a single handover. Further details on the launch date, unit availability and pricing are expected to be shared as the project moves from pre-launch to full launch in Kochi.
