Brigade Hotel Ventures Opens Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) and Marriott International opened Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark on May 8, 2026, rebranding the former Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark. Located in Kakkanad adjoining Infopark Kochi, the hotel is aimed at business, MICE and leisure travellers visiting commercial hubs such as Infopark and SmartCity.

Strategic Upgrade in Kerala's IT Corridor

Infopark Kochi, established in 2004 by the Government of Kerala, is spread over 323 acres and houses 582 companies which employs about 72,000 professionals as of 2025. Notable tenants in the park include Indian technology giants like Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, UST Global, and foreign corporations like IBM, Cognizant, KPMG, Ernst & Young, IQVIA, Xerox, Conduent, NOV, Invesco, EXL Service, Hubbell, Alight, Nielsen, Geodis and Buck. The rebranding of the existing hotel to the Courtyard by Marriott brand aligns with the company's strategy of upgrading hospitality assets in strong business locations to align with changing customer preferences.

The hotel features 218 rooms and suites equipped with workspaces, smart TVs and high-speed WiFi. The property is around 45 minutes from Cochin International Airport.

The hotel offers multiple dining and event facilities. It features more than 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space across four venues, along with four dining options including Clove, All Spice, Caper and a deli. Recreational facilities include a rooftop infinity pool, fitness centre and spa.

Marriott Bonvoy Integration

The hotel will participate in Marriott Bonvoy, the global travel programme of Marriott International. Members can earn and redeem points for stays at the new hotel and across Marriott Bonvoy's global portfolio of more than 30 hotel brands and 10,000 global destinations.
