Brigade Q2 FY26 Net Profit up 48% to ₹170.28 Cr; Revenue up 26%
Brigade Group Reports 48% Jump in Q2 FY26 Profit to ₹170.28 Crore
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group reported a net profit of Rs 170.28 crore for the second quarter of the financial year 2026, ended September 30, 2025, up 47.96 per cent from Rs 115.08 crore in the same quarter last year. Net revenue reached Rs 1,429.86 crore compared to Rs 1,138.13 crore a year earlier, marking a growth of 25.63 per cent.
Real Estate Division Leads Growth
Real estate revenue rose 31 per cent to Rs 951 crore, compared with Rs 727 crore in Q2FY25. Brigade reported net bookings in the real estate segment at 1.90 million square feet with a sales value of Rs 2,034 crore for Q2FY26, with collections during the quarter standing at Rs 2,003 crore.
The developer achieved 12 per cent growth in sales bookings to Rs 2,034 crore during the second quarter on better demand, compared to Rs 1,821 crore in the year-ago period. The average realisation was Rs 11,782 per square feet, marking a 24 per cent increase over Q1 FY25.
Leasing and Hospitality Momentum
Revenue from leasing grew 17 per cent year-on-year to Rs 341 crore, with EBITDA at Rs 223 crore. Portfolio occupancy stood at 92 per cent, with overall leasing of 8.67 million square feet out of a total 9.38 million square feet.
In the hospitality business, revenue rose 16 per cent to Rs 138 crore, with Ebitda at Rs 42 crore, driven by strong occupancy and improved realisations.
Outlook and Pipeline
Managing Director Pavitra Shankar stated: "We are entering the second half of the fiscal year with strong tailwinds. We have a robust business development and launch pipeline across our key markets, as well as healthy leasing activity and growth in the hospitality business. Operational performance has also grown substantially since the prior year, and business sentiment remains positive."
Brigade plans to launch approximately 11 million sq ft of projects across multiple cities. The company has a land bank of 60 million square feet.
Board Expansion
The company announced the induction of Debashis Chatterjee as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Chatterjee, former CEO and MD of LTIMindtree, brings over three decades of experience in steering large-scale transformations and digital strategy initiatives across global enterprises.
