Brigade Signs JDA for ₹850 Crore Residential Project in Kompally
Brigade Expands Hyderabad Portfolio with Kompally Residential Accord
Brigade Group has announced the signing of a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project on a prime land parcel spanning 5.6 acres in the high-growth corridor of Kompally, Hyderabad. The project will have an estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crores.
Strategic Expansion in North Hyderabad
The proposed residential development will cater to the rising demand for high-quality, sustainable, and modern living spaces in North Hyderabad. Kompally is a significant residential gateway in North Hyderabad with many large-scale gated communities. The area is situated beside national highway 44, north–south National Highway, the longest in India.
Kompally has been quickly gaining popularity as a residential hub in Hyderabad in recent years, with factors such as the availability of affordable housing and infrastructure development significantly contributing to the demand for urban residences in the area. The area is close to Bolarum railway station, only 4 km away, with major bus stops like SR Naik Nagar and Suraram within a 7 to 8 km radius.
Part of Broader Hyderabad Strategy
Brigade will deploy around ₹5000 Cr across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail over the next 3-4 years. Brigade Group marked its debut in Hyderabad with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills, expanded with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar and continues to strengthen its presence with Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, a 4 Million sqft premium mixed-use development, and Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar. This acquisition comes close on the heels of the previously announced four-acre project in Neopolis that is in an advanced design stage.
