Bengaluru's Second World Trade Center Takes Shape in Devanahalli

Brigade Group has announced the launch of WTC Devanahalli, a landmark development located at Devanahalli Aerospace Park Phase-2, spanning 75 acres. The announcement makes Bengaluru the first city in India to host two World Trade Centers.

Mixed-Use Urban Hub

The residential core sits alongside the WTC office tower, a mall and multiplex, an international school, a multi-specialty hospital, a hotel and convention centre, and industrial, data-centre and logistics zones. The project offers 7,195 apartments, including 2, 3 & 4 BHK units.

Integrated infrastructure underpins the development: An international school with 1,800 seats and a multi-specialty hospital with 300 beds are within the township. A shopping mall, multiplex with 6 screens, and lifestyle stores complement the residential and commercial zones.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

WTC Devanahalli is strategically situated within Devanahalli Aerospace Park Phase-2. It will be the first-ever commercial project along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), a key upcoming infrastructure corridor. The WTC Devanahalli project is proposed to come up near the Bangalore International Airport.

Given the proximity to the airport, this WTC will act as a gateway into the city of Bangalore and the State of Karnataka.

Industrial Momentum in Aerospace Park Phase 2

The Aerospace Park Phase 2 corridor is attracting significant manufacturing investment. Wistron, a Taiwan-based electronics company, is building a 32-acre laptop plant at Devanahalli Aerospace Park Phase 2 with a 1500 crore investment, expected to generate 3000 jobs with operations starting in January 2026.
