BuzzWorks Brings Grade-A Managed Offices to Mysuru
BuzzWorks, the premium managed office and co-working arm of the Brigade Group, has announced its strategic foray into Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The new centre, which offers 500+ seats is located within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus which integrates modern, enterprise-ready infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru's rich cultural heritage, ensuring the workspace feels deeply rooted in its local environment.
This milestone marks Buzzworks' entry into a fast maturing technology ecosystem, with a superior offering that is designed to address a critical gap where the supply of Grade-A managed facilities remains relatively limited. BuzzWorks positions itself as the first Grade-A managed workspace in the city, targeting rising demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and startups seeking flexible, high-quality work environments in markets previously underserved by institutional-grade facilities.
Strategic Shift to Tier-2 Cities
The launch comes as businesses increasingly look beyond metro cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai for office expansion due to lower operational costs, improving infrastructure and access to skilled talent. Mysuru, located approximately 140 kilometres from Bengaluru, has become an attractive secondary hub for technology and business services, supported by established road and rail connectivity.
The company expects demand from sectors such as BFSI, automotive engineering and technology services, especially from GCC occupiers that continue to expand operations in South India.
Expansion Blueprint for FY 2026–27
The brand has unveiled a multi-city expansion blueprint for the current financial year, covering new facilities in Bengaluru and a debut in Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard, reporting over 100% growth compared to the last financial year.
Within Karnataka, BuzzWorks plans to expand its presence at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and launch another centre at Brigade Elysium in Varthur. The company is also increasing office capacity at the World Trade Centre campus at Brigade Gateway in Rajajinagar due to sustained occupier demand.
In Chennai, BuzzWorks is preparing to launch a new managed workspace centre at Brigade Tech Boulevard. This move capitalizes on Chennai's 25% growth in GCC activity and its status as a national leader in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing.
Scale of Growth
BuzzWorks is focused on driving its expansion strategy across markets, with growth at over a 100% compared to the last financial year and are on their way to double the portfolio this FY.
