BuzzWorks Secures Major Lease with Infor India at Hyderabad's Auro Orbit
Shares of Brigade Enterprises gained over 2% to trade at ₹1,156.70 on Friday, June 20, after the company announced that its flexible workspace brand, BuzzWorks, has signed a major leasing agreement in Hyderabad. According to a stock exchange filing dated June 19, Infor India Private Limited has taken up 24,000 sq. ft. of office space at BuzzWorks Auro Orbit located in HITEC City, Hyderabad.
Urban Forest Design and Location
Located on the 18th floor, the workspace follows an "Urban Forest" theme and will serve as a key delivery centre for Infor's tech and support operations. The Auro Orbit workspace is designed around an "Urban Forest" theme with biophilic elements, AI-powered smart systems, and panoramic city views, aligning with BuzzWorks' focus on experience-centric office environments.
The building is just 1 km from the Raidurg Metro Station. It has quick access to the Outer Ring Road (ORR).
BuzzWorks' Hyderabad Presence and Growth Plans
BuzzWorks first entered Hyderabad's market in September 2023 with a 25,000 sq ft facility in the same Auro Orbit tower. That space houses 416 desks, alongside collaborative zones and meeting rooms, catering to evolving workplace preferences. The Infor lease represents a significant expansion of the brand's footprint in the city's commercial corridor.
This deal is part of BuzzWorks' broader goal to scale its portfolio to 1 million sq ft by FY2026 and reach 1 lakh seats across the country by 2030.
