RegTech Giant MyComplianceOffice Takes 550 Seats at BuzzWorks Mindspace
Brigade Group's managed workspace provider BuzzWorks has leased 550 seats in its Mindspace Business Park, Hyderabad premises to Dublin-based MyComplianceOffice (MCO), a regulatory technology (RegTech) and compliance technology company. This is MCO's largest office space in India.
Scaling India Operations
The new office at BuzzWorks Mindspace Business Park will house MCO's core functions including Product Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success and Global Operations, and AI-enabled Compliance Technology initiatives, functions that are central to MCO's global delivery model.
MCO established its India entity in 2023, and within two years, the Hyderabad office has grown to become the company's largest facility globally. MCO plans further expansion in the coming year, confirming India's centrality to its long-term innovation and growth strategy.
BuzzWorks' Hyderabad Consolidation
With this signing, BuzzWorks' total leased office space in Hyderabad currently stands at 1.1 lakh sq. ft. The transaction marks a significant milestone for Brigade's managed workspace division, which entered Hyderabad's competitive commercial market to serve global technology firms seeking flexible, turnkey office solutions.
BuzzWorks' flagship center at Raheja Mindspace, set to open in September 2025, is located at Maximus 2A in the Mindspace Campus in Madhapur, Hyderabad, in a Grade A LEED Platinum-certified building. The center features a skywalk connecting Building 2A directly to Raidurg Metro Station.
MyComplianceOffice's Global Footprint
MyComplianceOffice is a regulatory technology and compliance software provider serving more than 1,500 financial services firms across 128 countries. MCO is headquartered in Dublin with offices in London, Singapore, Hyderabad, New York, Chicago and Fort Worth.
Hyderabad as a Technology Hub
Mindspace Madhapur, Hyderabad's largest Grade A business park spanning 97.2 acres, has been instrumental in establishing Madhapur as the city's central business district (CBD). The park features an integrated skywalk connecting the adjacent metro station to all buildings, enhancing pedestrian mobility, reducing traffic congestion, and lowering carbon emissions.
The MCO transaction follows the March 3, 2026 announcement that BuzzWorks leased approximately 156,000 square feet at Brigade Twin Towers to MANN+HUMMEL and Labcorp, suggesting a pattern of sustained deal flow. The transaction brings BuzzWorks' total leased footprint in Hyderabad to 1.1 lakh square feet, a threshold that marks the brand's consolidation as a credible commercial player in one of India's most competitive office markets.
