Brigade Gunjur: 39 acres of integrated township living in East Bengaluru
2, 3 & 4 BHK · Starting ₹1.40 Cr onwards
Brigade Gunjur is a 39-acre integrated township by Brigade Group, planned along SH-35 in Gunjur Village, East Bengaluru. Its signature is restraint: six towers of Ground plus 21 floors are set within a master plan that keeps the built footprint to roughly a fifth of the land.
Life here is organised around a central green spine. About 40 percent of the site is given to landscaped gardens, walking loops and open space, and a clubhouse and sports precinct spread across about 3.9 acres anchors the daily rhythm of the township. Families, young professionals and senior residents all find a place within the same community.
The design approach favours light, air and circulation. Towers are arranged around the central spine so that each home opens to greenery rather than to neighbouring walls, and the apartments are planned with generous balconies, utility-linked kitchens in the 2 BHK range and eastern views from the upper floors.
The township arrives at a considered moment for East Bengaluru. The joint development agreement for the 8.63-acre parcel was signed on 15 April 2026, marking a significant step in the growth of the Whitefield to Sarjapur corridor, and the project is set to launch in the third quarter of 2026.
Brigade Gunjur is an invitation to see a township planned with patience and scale. Registrations are open for those who want to be among the first to understand the layout, the homes and the community taking shape on Varthur Road.

The operational Purple Line runs to Whitefield with Kadugodi Tree Park and Pattandur Agrahara stations, linking East Bengaluru with the central city and improving daily commutes for residents of Gunjur.
A planned metro alignment between Whitefield and Sarjapur would connect two of the city's largest employment belts and strengthen transit access along the Varthur Road corridor.
A future metro link between Dommasandra Cross on Sarjapur Road and Hope Farm in Whitefield is under government consideration, which would add a second rail connection to the eastern corridor.
The 37-kilometre Red Line corridor from Hebbal to Sarjapura is under construction and will run through the eastern belt, adding a major north-south transit spine for the wider Sarjapur and Whitefield region.
The planned 116-kilometre peripheral ring road outside the Outer Ring Road will ease traffic across the city's outer edge, with the first 67-kilometre phase running from Hosur Road to Tumakuru Road.
Brigade Gunjur spreads across 39 acres with six towers, around 2,500 apartments and a master plan that dedicates roughly 40 percent of the land to landscape. The scale allows a full community to develop with its own clubhouse, sports precinct and walking network.
The project sits on SH-35, with Varthur Junction about 3 km away, Sarjapur Road about 5 km and the Outer Ring Road about 6 km. Daily travel to Whitefield, Sarjapur and Bellandur is direct and well connected.
Built footprint is held to roughly a fifth of the site, with the remaining land given to greenery, circulation and amenities. Towers face a central green spine, so residents enjoy open views and natural light in every block.
The clubhouse and sports precinct offer a pool with a children's pool, gymnasium, yoga studios, tennis and basketball courts, a skating rink and a senior citizen sitting zone. The mix supports families, working professionals and older residents alike.
