Senior Living, Reimagined Within Brigade's Integrated Townships
Price on Request
Brigade Primus Senior Living is a partnership between Brigade Group and Primus Senior Living, an operator focused on managing senior living communities, to develop three dedicated senior housing communities across Bengaluru and other South Indian markets. The initiative carries an expected Gross Development Value of approximately Rs. 750 crores and will bring over 600 senior homes to market.
The promise is a life stage designed with dignity and purpose rather than a retreat from daily life. Wellness centres, hobby lounges, medical bays, fully accessible pathways, concierge services and curated events are planned to give residents structure, care and company without surrendering independence.
Two of the three communities are placed inside Brigade's larger integrated townships, so design decisions extend beyond the individual home to the pathways, entrances and common areas that connect residents to the wider community. The intent is architecture that supports mobility and daily routine while still feeling like a normal neighbourhood.
Bengaluru's senior population is growing alongside its nuclear family structures, and Primus brings dedicated experience in senior community management to a developer that has built in the city since 1986. Together they are positioning organised, professionally managed senior living as a category in a market where it has historically been underserved.
Brigade Primus Senior Living is presented as an upcoming offering, with details on individual communities to follow as each is formally launched.

Within Brigade Group's integrated township developments across Bengaluru · Integrated Townships · Bangalore
Brigade Primus Senior Living is planned within Brigade Group's integrated townships in and around Bengaluru, the city where the developer laid its first foundation stone in 1986. These townships combine residential blocks, retail, healthcare and open green spaces, giving senior residents everyday access to a functioning neighbourhood rather than an isolated campus.
Two of the three planned communities sit inside larger township developments, meaning residents share infrastructure with multi-generational neighbours while retaining age-specific design and support systems. This integrated approach allows families to remain close by, within the same address, across different life stages.

Bengaluru's planned Peripheral Ring Road is expected to ease cross-city movement, improving connectivity between the outer townships where senior living communities are planned and the rest of the city.
Ongoing metro line extensions across Bengaluru are steadily bringing outer residential corridors closer to the city centre, reducing dependence on road travel for daily errands and medical visits.
The suburban rail project is planned to link peripheral zones of Bengaluru with the core city, adding a fixed-schedule commute option for residents and visiting family members.
Continued expansion at the airport supports faster, more frequent connectivity for out-of-town family members visiting senior residents across Brigade's Bengaluru townships.
Widening and upgrades along key arterial roads feeding Bengaluru's outer townships are improving everyday access to hospitals, markets and civic amenities near these communities.
Brigade Group has built in Bengaluru since 1986, delivering over 280 projects and more than 86 million square feet of developed space, giving this senior living initiative the backing of a long-established construction track record.
Primus Senior Living brings dedicated expertise in managing senior communities, shaping the day-to-day operations, wellness programming and care systems that go beyond conventional residential management.
Two of the three planned communities sit inside Brigade's established integrated townships, giving residents access to shared social infrastructure and amenities rather than a standalone, isolated facility.
Homes and common areas are planned with wide doorways, anti-skid flooring, grab rails and accessible pathways, addressing daily mobility and safety needs rather than retrofitting standard apartments.
Planned wellness centres and medical bays are intended to provide health monitoring and support access, addressing a core concern for senior residents and their families.
With an expected Gross Development Value of approximately Rs. 750 crores across three communities and over 600 planned homes, the initiative represents a considered, sizeable entry into organised senior living.
