Brigade Gunjur: 39-Acre Township Marks New East Bangalore Launch
Brigade Group is developing an integrated residential township on a 39-acre parcel at Gunjur Village, on SH-35 (Varthur Road) in East Bengaluru. The project is planned as six towers of Ground + 21 floors carrying approximately 2,500 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations. Launch is scheduled for Q3 2026 and completion is targeted for March 2031.
