The park offers around 2 million square feet of leasable space and will cater to high-growth industrial sectors of the region, including aerospace and defence, IT/ITES, and data centres.

Brigade Industrial Park spans 25 acres in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, strategically positioned in the Hi-Tech, Defence & Aerospace Park (Phase I). Devanahalli, located about 40 kilometres from central Bengaluru, has witnessed significant development following the establishment of Kempegowda International Airport, which has triggered large-scale investments across logistics, aerospace, technology and residential projects.
