Brigade's Next Landmark on the Whitefield–Hoskote Growth Corridor

Brigade Whitefield–Hoskote Mixed-Use Development is Brigade Group's upcoming project on a 20.19-acre parcel along Whitefield-Hoskote Road at Sannatammanahalli, East Bangalore. Acquired through Brigade's wholly-owned subsidiary Ananthay Properties Private Limited, the site is planned for a built-up area of approximately 4.2 million sq ft, with a projected Gross Development Value of around Rs. 5,200 crore, positioning it as one of the larger mixed-use commitments Brigade has made in East Bangalore.
The intent, as described by the company, is to bring residential, commercial and retail spaces together on one campus rather than treat them as separate developments. This follows a pattern Brigade has pursued before in the city, where its projects have combined homes, workspaces and everyday retail so residents are not entirely dependent on commuting elsewhere for work or leisure.
Brigade's managing director Pavitra Shankar has framed the acquisition as part of the company's effort to build destination developments in growth corridors, noting that the Whitefield-Hoskote stretch is set for sustained real estate activity given the infrastructure already in the pipeline. That includes the Peripheral Ring Road and the operational Purple Line metro stations at Kadugodi Tree Park and Pattandur Agrahara, both within the immediate vicinity.
The timing reflects a broader shift in East Bangalore, where the established Whitefield IT corridor is extending outward toward Hoskote, bringing new road capacity, metro access and employment generation along with it. For Brigade, a developer headquartered in Bangalore since 1986, this is a natural extension of a portfolio built substantially around the city's growth corridors.
Further details on configurations, pricing and RERA registration will be released as the project moves from its current planning stage toward formal launch.

Whitefield–Hoskote Road, East Bangalore – 560067 · Sannatammanahalli · Bangalore
Sannatammanahalli sits along Whitefield-Hoskote Road, the stretch of East Bangalore that has come to link the established IT campuses of Whitefield with the industrial and residential growth of Hoskote. The corridor runs close to ITPL, Hoodi and the EPIP Zone, and is served by the Purple Line's eastern stretch, including the Kadugodi Tree Park and Pattandur Agrahara metro stations that opened in March 2023. This is a part of the city that has moved from being a transit route to a destination in its own right, drawing sustained developer interest along its length.
For this address specifically, the value lies in its position at the seam of two growth stories: the mature, amenity-rich Whitefield IT belt on one side, and the still-emerging Hoskote corridor on the other, with the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road further improving east Bangalore's connectivity to the rest of the city. Brigade Group's own assessment of the belt points to an area shaped by an expanding road network, metro line extensions, and proximity to established tech parks.

The planned 73 km ring road will link Old Madras Road to the Whitefield IT corridor and onward to Sarjapur Road, easing pressure on the Outer Ring Road and improving east Bangalore connectivity by 2029-30.
The east-west corridor's extension to Kadugodi Tree Park and Pattandur Agrahara stations, operational since March 2023, brings metro access directly into the Whitefield-Hoskote belt.
Phase 2A of the upcoming Blue Line will cover the Outer Ring Road IT corridor through Bellandur, Marathahalli and Whitefield, with direct rail access to Kempegowda International Airport targeted for late 2026-2027.
The established IT campuses bordering Whitefield continue to anchor employment demand along the corridor, reinforcing the case for residential and commercial development further along Hoskote Road.
Brigade has cited the belt's expanding road network and improving infrastructure pipeline as a core reason for its long-term investment along this stretch of East Bangalore.
The project sits on a 20.19-acre parcel with a planned built-up area of around 4.2 million sq ft and a projected Gross Development Value of approximately Rs. 5,200 crore, making it one of the larger single-address commitments along this corridor.
The land was acquired through Ananthay Properties Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NSE/BSE-listed Brigade Enterprises Limited, bringing the disclosure and governance standards of a public company to the project.
Whitefield-Hoskote Road connects the mature Whitefield IT belt with the emerging Hoskote corridor, an area Brigade has specifically flagged for sustained real estate activity given upcoming infrastructure.
The master plan brings residential, commercial and retail together on one campus, following Brigade's stated strategy of developing integrated spaces that combine housing, workspaces and retail zones.
The Kadugodi Tree Park and Pattandur Agrahara metro stations on the Purple Line are already operational nearby, with the Peripheral Ring Road and Blue Line airport metro further improving access in the coming years.
Brigade Group has been headquartered in Bangalore since 1986 and has delivered a large, diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects across South India, lending institutional depth to this new corridor bet.
